RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At WEEK & MARGO, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with its labels and in its original packaging.
You may also be asked for proof of purchase or your order number.

If your request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and the necessary instructions to return your package to us.
Items returned without prior request to our customer service may be refused.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER ISSUES
We invite you to check your order as soon as it is received.
If your item is defective or damaged, or if you have received a different item from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible so that we can examine the situation and offer you a suitable solution.
We may ask you for photographs to see the problem encountered.
EXCEPTIONS / NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including personalised or made-to-order products and gift cards.
Some items may also be excluded from return when applicable regulations allow it, in particular for hygiene reasons when a sealed product has been opened after delivery.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to obtain a different item, size or colour is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and then, once the return is accepted, to place a new order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of our commercial return policy within 30 days, when a legal right of withdrawal applies to your order, you have at least 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise this right, without having to provide justification, subject to the exceptions provided for by the applicable regulations.
The exercise of the legal right of withdrawal is not subject to the condition of the original packaging when the law does not allow it. However, the customer remains responsible for any depreciation resulting from manipulations that go beyond those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.
REFUNDS
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and confirm the processing of your refund.
When a refund is due, it will be made on the payment method used when ordering, subject to the deadlines provided for by the applicable regulations.
After the refund is issued, additional time may be necessary before it appears in your bank account. This period depends on your bank or the institution that issued your payment method.
